End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT

SparcoDB grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the fiblimited mobile application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License Scope:

  • Personal and commercial use for legitimate banking activities
  • Access to digital banking features and services
  • Use of mobile payment and transfer functionalities
  • Account management and financial planning tools

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Technical Restrictions:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice
  • Use the Application for any revenue generating endeavor
  • Make the Application available over a network

Usage Restrictions:

  • Use the Application for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
  • Use automated scripts or bots

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of SparcoDB.

Protected Elements Include:

  • Source code
  • User interface design
  • Database structure
  • Algorithms and processes
  • Branding and logos
  • Documentation
  • Security protocols
  • API specifications
  • User experience flows

4. USER DATA AND PRIVACY

The Application may access and collect certain information from your device, including but not limited to:

Financial Data:

  • Account balances and transaction history
  • Payment and transfer information
  • Credit and loan application data
  • Investment portfolio information

Device Information:

  • Device identifiers and specifications
  • Location data (with permission)
  • Biometric authentication data
  • Usage analytics and performance metrics

5. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

SparcoDB implements industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data and ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations.

  • End-to-end encryption
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Biometric security options
  • Real-time fraud monitoring

Compliance Standards:

  • PCI DSS compliance
  • GDPR data protection
  • Banking regulatory requirements
  • International security standards

6. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

SparcoDB may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.

Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that SparcoDB has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or SparcoDB. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon Termination:

  • You must cease all use of the Application
  • Delete all copies of the Application from your devices
  • Return or destroy any confidential information
  • Settle any outstanding financial obligations
